David Spencer works extensively with executive leadership teams in commercial and government organisations and with technology services providers. With over 22 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience across a wide range of sectors Australia and the Asia Pacific Region, David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each engagement.

Spending his early career in human resources and management, David understands the importance of recognizing the strategic and cultural motivators behind each organisation he works with.

David holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, and Graduate Diplomas in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Victoria University.
