Jason’s background includes a Masters in Organisational Psychology from Deakin University. In his previous roles Jason has experience in assessment and organisational development. He has partnered with organisations to deliver large-scale change, selection and development best-practices and talent management processes. During which, he supported the design and delivery of a leadership development program in the public sector, a nation-wide recruitment and selection campaign and a global talent management policy for a professional advisory firm. He is passionate about understanding individual differences, the dynamic between people and their work; and how that can be leveraged to improve work life and effectiveness.
Jason has experience across a range of business settings including public and private organisations, across multiple sectors and industries. This includes government, mining and resources, transport and logistics and professional services.
