June Parker heads up the Leadership and Coaching suite of services in Fisher Leadership’s CogNative business. June is a highly experienced and qualified executive coach who has built a state of the art proven methodology around creating the right learning environments to unlock people’s full potential. Known as Career Accelerator, this augmented learning program has revolutionised the way transition and outplacement delivers highly personalised services while retaining volume consistency and quality. Combining digital and face-to-face learning, participants are able to maximise time spent one on one with their coach, while deep diving into the practical components of career development at the right time, and level, for them.

June is a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Member of the International Coaching Federation, and a CDAA accredited coach. She has extensive operational leadership experience coupled with HR consulting, career and executive coaching expertise gained through her 20 plus years of commercial experience. Having worked in large and smaller organisations, June understands the needs of clients across many industry sectors including, government, manufacturing, NFP, engineering, legal & accounting, construction, finance, retail and energy.

June has proven experience in the application of critical leadership & career coaching methodologies and tools. June’s good sense of humour and approachability combined with her direct and supportive style enables her clients to feel safe whilst stretching themselves to develop and progress in or outside of their existing role.
