Manager, Assessment & Development
Lisa is a registered psychologist who specialises in the field of organisational psychology. Lisa is experienced in talent management, leadership assessment, coaching and development. She has partnered with organisations to support them in selecting and developing employees to ensure individual, team and organisational effectiveness. Lisa uses evidence based practice in understanding individual differences; using psychometric assessments to leverage skills and understand development needs.
Lisa has gained experience in a range of business settings, including not-for profit, public and private organisations working across multiple sectors, including banking, finance and insurance, government, FMCG. In her previous role Lisa has partnered with senior executive teams in ASX-listed companies and government agencies to design and facilitate development centres and assessment solutions for mid and senior level employees to assist in leadership development and succession planning. At CLA, Lisa works across all products and services. She is involved in the design and delivery of various leadership development programs, coaching, assessment and facilitation. Most recently she has led the design of two leadership development programs for the Department of Treasury and Finance and has facilitated various modules including coaching.
