Nikki May - Future Leadership

Nikki May

Chief Creative Officer

Nikki is a creative strategist, disruptive thinker, and integrated marketing communications professional. Having cultivated a rich history across the commercial and not for profit worlds, Nikki led creative design for luxury brands Abercrombie and Kent and Rathbone Wine Group before managing marketing and campaigns for several global UN agencies. She then founded the first girl band in Myanmar to advocate for free speech and the successful lifting of censorship laws, before returning to Australia as a founding director of the International Women’s Forum.

With two small kids and a love of learning, Nikki recently completed a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications at the University of Melbourne, specialising in dialogic communication in the digital realm. Nikki took over Group Communications for Chandler Macleod during this time and developed a passion for impacting the way people connect with work. She is, at heart, a creative collaborator, driven by a belief that we are all responsible for changing the world.
