Fisher Leadership are assisting Eltham College with the appointment of a Head of Student Services.

Eltham College is an independent co-educational school in the northeast of Melbourne. Fisher Leadership are pleased to be partnering with Eltham College to assist in the appointment of a Head of Student Services. This is a newly created role responsible for leading and integrating the student services areas to support the wellbeing of students across the whole school.

The role is reporting to the Deputy Principal and will work collaboratively with the Heads of School and Head of Curriculum adopting a whole school focus from ELC to Year 12. The aim of the new role is to transition to early identification and prevention to meet the support needs for all students and reduce the crisis support. The Head of Student Services will have responsibility for, Psychologists, Learning Support Teachers and First Aid Nurses, This is an exciting role focusing on all students across the whole College.
