THE CHALLENGE

The Executive Director, Learning Innovation is a key position within the executive leadership team, guiding the educational offering at the College. The Gig Executive team were approached after the incumbent resigned and joined a competitor necessitating an immediate finish. Our brief was to find a dynamic education professional with immediate availability to join the College before the commencement of Term 1.​

THE SOLUTION​

Working at pace, the Gig Executive team were able to submit potential candidates within 4 hours of the briefing. The College were delighted at the level of candidates for their consideration and secured a preferred candidate to the role. The candidate previously spent nine years in a range of leadership positions, including College Director and Executive Director, Programs and Educational Leadership.​

THE OUTCOME​

By quickly securing such a high calibre candidate to this pivotal position, they could contribute to the development of product, conceptualisation and e-learning platforms for the calendar year. The candidate was offered and accepted the permanent position 2 months into their interim engagement. ​
