When the client recently underwent a SAP SuccessFactors payroll software implementation, it resulted in onboarding issues for the payroll team. The client employs a large, diverse workforce that meant a tailored and immediate solution was required. ​

Identify an Executive Payroll Officer who specialises in this system, to plan out and rework a ‘fit for purpose’ model and liaise across the organisation on best practice to implement changes. ​​
The successful candidate not only hit the brief but also identified and prioritised solutions quickly by understanding the big picture as it related to the organisation.  ​​
THE OUTCOME​
The interim assignment evolved from a specialist role to a management position with direct reports and multiple Executive stakeholders.  The successful candidate was able to immediately step up.​
