Over a 40-year career, Mark has largely operated in the insurance sector holding the roles of CFO, Head of Strategy and Change, Head of Business Technology, Head of People & Culture, State Manager, Head of Relationships as well as CEO.

Mark has conducted numerous joint ventures and acquisitions throughout his career and has a good understanding of the healthcare sector, having acquired several medical and allied health practices, and his experience with the MDAV equipped him with a good lens on clinical safety and quality.
