Ms Catherine Samuel has been appointed to Head of Junior School at Ruyton Girls’ School, commencing January 2023.Catherine is an exceptional and highly experienced educational leader who has a strong commitment to holistic education and believes it is the core responsibility of the school to prepare students for the future by laying strong foundations in the primary years. Her education philosophy aligns with Ruyton Girls’ School of providing an environment for every girl to discover themselves, take risks and face challenges, while being engaged in their learning and developing a strong sense of self and belonging. Previously Catherine was Head of Junior School at The Knox School where she was a member of the Executive Team and helped develop the strategic framework for The Knox School, identifying and delivering junior school priorities and direction.
