Ms. Lidija Sliskovic has been appointed to the position of Committee Secretary with Australian Red Cross

Ms. Lidija Sliskovic has been appointed to the position of Committee Secretary with Australian Red Cross. Commencing in the role on 21 March 2022, Lidija joins a dynamic and growing governance team at Australian Red Cross, as a lead governance specialist. She will interface with Board members and senior Executives to support all aspects of good corporate governance in line with internal policies.

Having worked within legal private practice for approximately 14 years and in-house within company secretarial over approximately 11 years, Lidija is a highly experienced and qualified governance professional with a strong understanding of the relevant Corporations Law and regulatory compliance requirements, legal process and procedure.

Lidija previously held the positions of Company Secretary with Avant Mutual Group Limited, Assistant Company Secretary with Allianz Australia Limited and then Allianz Australia Life Insurance Limited and Assistant Company Secretary with Barminco Limited.
