Six senior executive appointments to lead organisation transformation
The client was established twenty years ago and has grown significantly to become Australia’s most well-known and trusted source of advice, support and information. With a vision to ensure all people in Australia achieve their best mental health, the client commenced a transformation process, developing a community centric future operating model to support the ambitions of the organisation. The CEO presented the Board with a detailed plan to purposely drive the growth of the organisation and ensure the relevant systems, people and infrastructure are in place to achieve the defined strategy. As a result, six new C-suite roles were identified encompassing transformation, strategy, consumer experience, community and operations.
Fisher Leadership built a project team and methodology to enable concurrent delivery of the search process for all appointments. A briefing workshop was undertaken with key client stakeholders and the Fisher Leadership team (three consultants). The specific nuances and requirements of each role were outlined to support the position descriptions, Fisher Leadership worked with the client to fine tune the final position description details and documents. Fisher Leadership developed a dedicated microsite which provided potential candidates full background information on the client, the transformation process and the requirements of each role. The Fisher Leadership project team managed all candidate enquiries and applications, and conducted comprehensive behavioural interviews before providing the client with a long list of qualified potential candidates for panel interviews.
Prior to panel interviews commencing, the COVID-19 pandemic was declared. The process continued successfully with Fisher Leadership pivoting to conducting all panel interviews via video conference. All appointments have transitioned and been supported with onboarding over the last 6 months.
