With over 15 years’ in human resources consulting across Melbourne, London and Sydney, Aliki brings broad commercial experience to CLA and the Future Leadership team.

Leading client development for CLA, Aliki enjoys working with a range of clients to offer best-in-class solutions to meet their unique needs. Her customer-centric approach means that relationships are strong and project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Having spent over 2 years with CLA between 2018 and 2020, Aliki re-joins the business with new energy and further commercial acumen. Her experience in consulting covers leadership development, career transition, executive coaching, assessment and transformation; bringing in the right team and the best solutions to deliver positive outcomes for her clients.

Aliki's warm personality and focus on relationships has led to her position as a trusted adviser.
