Candice leads our Transformation Practice. An organisational psychologist with deep expertise in optimising organisations. Candice brings an extensive background in workforce transformation, capability design and enterprise strategy – she is passionate about supporting businesses and their people to build long lasting strategy and optimise their workforce to support their market objectives. Candice has had a career spanning both consulting and internal roles in Transformation, Workforce Planning, Strategy and Customer Experience and has worked across a number of industries and has developed and embedded solutions for global, ASX listed, large private and public sector clients.

Candice is a creative leader and entrepreneurial spirit and has built a successful business in Wild Mingo, a business creating eco-friendly and beautiful workout accessories.
