Irene is currently completing her Master of Psychology (Organisational) at Deakin University. She has experience in leadership development, wellbeing, organisational capability and change management, and is passionate about creating thriving workplaces by developing effective leaders and ensuring organisations can successfully manage change.

Irene has previous experience in recruitment and psychometric assessment in the banking industry and has worked across the education and private sector. She is known for her integrity, reliability, attention to detail, and generosity.
