Paul has over 30 years’ experience in customer-facing leadership roles within aviation, both as a Flight Attendant and Long-Haul Cabin Crew Manager. This has given Paul a deep understanding of client needs, with a strong focus on client experience, whilst building, maintaining and strengthening relationships. He is adept at dealing with highly ambiguous and complex situations in an ever-changing environment.
